Audio Visual System & Design Consultation

Classroom Technologies specializes in designing and installing presentation and conferencing technology in classrooms and meeting spaces. If you are seeking technology installation from our group, please consider the following before submitting your request.

• Is there already an existing standard on campus you would like to utilize?
• Who will be the primary end users for the system and what are their needs?
• Has funding been pre-approved or secured for the project?
• Do you have a preferred AV systems integrator?

Requests will be reviewed on a first-come first-served basis as time allows. Our primary responsibility is ensuring classroom operation, but we will do our best to meet a deadline agreed as reasonable by both teams.
